EU SHIPPING:

All the shipments are made via Post.NL with delivery confirmation and tracking numbers.

All orders over € 150,= are insured for shipment. In the unlikely event of lost or damaged packages, you will have to notify the sender immediately, they have only 7 days to report the damage, otherwise it is not possible to file a claim and receive a refund from the carrier (if you will be able to provide the original packaging for inspection in case of damaged art) Please note that the claim has to be filed by the sender.

You will receive an email notification on the day of shipping with a tracking number so you can track your package online.

Please allow 1 - 5 business days to process your order (especially Resin Oceans, they receive a last topcoat of resin and have to dry for two days more before being packaged) and additional, 2-6 business days for transit. Delivery is in the hands of the carrier. The seller is not liable for delays in shipment and delivery. You can follow your order via the tracking number. In case of a personalized or a customized order I will notify you about the time to create your order and ship.

If the package is shipped to the wrong address or returned back to the seller because the address was non-deliverable or the package wasn’t picked up in time, you will be responsible for any additional shipping cost to ship it to you again.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. Please confirm the customs and import costs with your local post office or online before ordering, to avoid any surprise charges once your order has been delivered. If the package is sent back to the seller because you refuse to pay customs, you will receive a refund of the price of the artwork minus shipping cost and any customs charges that the seller may have to pay in the Netherlands.
